"It's been 12 years since my stroke left much of body paralysed. I’ve been to various rehabilitation centres and gyms, making a slow but steady recovery progress. I was then recommended to see Alex some 2 years ago. Since then Alex has worked on, and is continuing to do so to great effect, my many weaknesses. His enthusiastic and empathetic approach to both my physical and mental needs is outstanding. I am amazed at what progress I have made in the relatively short period I have been training with Alex and have no qualms in recommending his work to anyone. My only regret is that I hadn’t come across someone like Alex earlier!"
